Sound And Music therapy for High Blood Pressure

High Blood Pressure occurs due to anxiety. When we are stressed out and take tension due to the issues we face in our day to day life and want to come out of it. The issues related to office, home, family, friends, children, or anything that puts us in stress.

Remember Stress is not bad but if you keep holding on that stress then it is sure you will be a High Blood Pressure patient. It is said, that if you hold a glass of water for 1 minute with your hand straight, it won’t do any harm, but if same thing you keep holding it for a complete day, then think what will happen. Same is with stress, if you thing for 1 minute it will cause no harm. But if you are holding on to it, then you are stressed.

As we know that there are five basic elements that we work upon. They are Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. All the ailments therefore are compared and linked with these five elements. If one of the elements is not in balance, then the ailment occurs.

In this case, since it’s the stress and High Blood Pressure, this is linked with the pressure in the body, and hence Water element. In this case the water element is higher than the normal and since there is anxiety and stress occurring due to small or big reason, so the person is not settled down in its own. Hence its Earth element that corresponds to how much the person is self-contended and settled, so the earth element is less than the normal. Thus we have to reduce the water element little and the increase the earth element, to bring both of them to a normal range.
